cursor/arrow/current double pointed troublesome line thingy

pls change the cursor. damn irritating. dun even know where to click and where not to. also change the blogskin to something that at least the profile. the colour MUST remain monotonous TO PREVENT IRRITATING PASSERBYS FROM COMING INTO THE BLOG
